Indian Moment

Sep 14: Indian Moment - A fleeting visit

Summary

I came here late on a Saturday night, so late that they were trying to hurry us out the door by the end, albeit we were already sat on the street side terrace. In this respect, I cant comment more broadly on the venue, but I would assume from the outside that it was tasteful and intimate.

Given the late hour my wits weren't 100% about me, but nonetheless I was capable of choosing the fish thali that didn't disappoint. Two prawns dishes (one very juicy king prawn) and a lovely melt in the mouth fish flanked the typical rice and naan on my plate and proved an excellent choice. It was a little pricey at £14 for the thali and I'd like to try the normal menu, but this fleeting visit was certainly an Indian Moment to whet the appetite for more.
