Who is he? 

Once of this parish, Tom's leading role in establishing the blog alongside Michael has long since waned, not helped by a move to Tonbridge. Despite no longer contributing financially or intellectually to the upkeep of the blog (a reflection, perhaps, of his commitment to taking other people's glories as his own in both his professional and personal life), he nevertheless remains, a solid and dependable lieutenant for a few curries a year. He should also be commended for a steady improvement in punctuality over the years.
